Step 1:
- Gently shampoo yuor wet scalp and hair while massaging for 2-3 minutes
- Rinse out with water. Repeat if necessary
Step 2
- Apply on shampooed & towel dried hair and scalp
- Leave in for 3 minutes or more
- Rinse out with water
